If you have any other alternative for internet service choose it. Spectrum reliability is pitiful and I know because we also have service from TDS in Central Oregon. I donā€™t ever remember losing our Internet service with TDS. And yet almost weekly we will be watching a steaming show via Spectrum internet services and our service will simply drop. I think this may be the first negative review Iā€™ve ever posted but Spectrum has ā€œearnedā€ this response.

Never again. Customer service is horrible. Service outages. Was told a tech had to respond. It would cost $99 and a week before they could respond. When working from home a week is not reasonable. I went to Costco and bought my own modem and was connected with Comcast in minutes. So long Centurylink.
