the ATT fiber internet is unreliable. Down three times this month with the latest being down for 3 days now. Cell service is spotty at best in our home and through town

I left AT&T four years ago and was going to give them another chance because I am unhappy with my current provider. Their internet offerings are now worse than when I left them four years ago due to slow speed, cost, reliability, and customer service issues. I checked for internet speed in my area (their ad said up to 1GB speed), and the highest offered was 25MB. Basically, they convinced me that they are not worth even evaluating.

The cost is no where near what I'm paying for. $55 a month on top of a $100 sign on fee? And all I get is 18 megabits, not megabytes, a very very important distinction. This garbage is borderline dialup speeds

I have AT&T internet only. Since we had fiber installed, the service has been worse. It constantly loses the connection and takes forever to load anything. I'm actually considering changing to a different service provider.

I have been a customer for 15 years and was loyal to you. I have never ever been disrespected like today when I called your team. I paid my bill regularly and I was charged $229 plus another $148. Which I paid. When I spoke with them, no one understood the bill and the second person handling my call (at 1pm) was rude and condensending.

Worst service I have ever had in my 66 years as an adult to replace a power supply damaged by lightning strike. Took 2 weeks and 3 no show service appointments to replace a part that if they had sent to me would have taken 30 seconds, but they would not do that. Time to make each of 4 appointments was almost a hour each time. Rep on the phone very had to understand and info on my account had to be repeated several times as I was sent to 3 different reps with long periods of horrible music while waiting for the next rep to pick up the call. But before the repair could be made they did manage to send a sales rep to sell me on other services. I will get another internet provider ASAP.
