We had Breezeline foisted on us when they took over Wow. For a short time they honored the discounted plan we had with Wow, but then the price went up $30. After some haggling I got a reduced cost for a slower speed which is all we need, but now it's back up. All these companies know what the others charge and have no desire to get less for their service; this isn't competition but a pricing monopoly which no company wants to break. Till the government steps in, we're helpless since everyone needs internet now.

We only have access to low speed internet and it goes out every other week. The last time it went out for 4 days before they could get it working again.

My Internet provider is one of the best I've ever chosen. It has one of the fastest broadband speeds that I have ever seen. WOW also has very helpful service available at a moments notice. We have multiple devices on only one network so speed and reliablity are truly important to us.

Customer Service is difficult to reach. Great customer service, but only if you have the patience to call enough times, be transferred enough times. Why can't they just list the correct phone number on their bill and/ or web site. I am satisfied with their internet and tv services, but the increasing prices are not acceptable to me. It's time for a change.

The apps don't work half the time since the twitch over. The internet is an absolute necessity these days. I live on less than $4,000 a year. So, when I have to pay out for internet fees just to communicate with my family that all live out state. Even I can't get free internet I would be happy being able to pay no more than $40 a month for high speed internet.
